Cachet is one of Chicago’s eminent music selectors. A 3rd generation Chicago House DJ, sprouted from deep-rooted soul, grit, and disciplined transitions. They developed a signature style of DJing, genre-bending new, old and global music such as house, soul, funk, disco, afro, latin, and break beat often including their own re-edits and cuts of popular tracks.
Cachet holds headlining positions leaning heavy in House Music culture, leaving their mark at notable establishments like Smart Bar Chicago, Djoon Club, and Charivari Detroit Music Festival. They currently have radio residencies with Djoon Paris, Playasol Ibiza Radio, House Nation Music Bari Italy, and 313.FM Planet Funk Detroit. Their DJing repertoire spans across the underground nightlife in warehouse after hours, up-scale lounges, and clubs across the world.
Cachet’s unique niche of lounge and nightlife residencies in Los Angeles have included Ysabel, Margot, The Proper, and Bar Funke.
Cachet continues to bring in new notoriety as founder of Sashay Records, a queer, Chicago-based label that celebrates the birth and culture of warehouse music. The record label is actively breaking barriers and setting a new precedent for independent artists.
